Day 1. Welcome to Cornwall
We pick you up from your door and journey to St Agnes.
Day 2. Falmouth and Trebah
We explore the delights of Falmouth. Stroll along the bustling cobbled streets and visit Falmouth’s charming mix of shops; from specialist outlets to well know high street names and art galleries. On then to Trebah Gardens a sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop. Discover the magic of this beautiful 26-acre Cornish valley garden. Explore under canopies bursting with exotic blooms and follow vibrant tunnels of colour that cascade down to the secluded beach on the Helford River.
Day 3. Beautiful St Ives and St Michael's Mount
We visit the charming seaside resort of St Ives with its cobbled streets, full of history, legend and tradition, winding between pretty fisherman’s' cottages. St Ives is also known for its artistic connections; the Tate Gallery opened a branch here in 1993 and looks after the Barbara Hepworth Museum and sculpture garden. (Please note coaches are prohibited in the town of St. Ives, there is a
shuttle bus service from the coach park which costs £3 per person return. Payable by you the customer). This afternoon, we travel to Marazion, with its fabulous sandy beach linked to St Michael's Mount - soak up one of the finest views in the country.
Day 4. Padstow
Padstow is a charming working fishing port surrounded by glorious sandy beaches, at the head of the Camel River. Watching the everyday ebb and flow of harbour life is a perfect way to spend a morning. This foodie destination has popular eateries such as Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant. We enjoy a cream tea at the hotel this afternoon.
Day 5. Homeward Journey
Sadly, we wave goodbye to our hosts at the Rosemundy House Hotel, arriving early evening for our taxis home.
