We visit the cathedral city of Wells. The Cathedral is known for its gothic style and 300 sculpted figures. Adjacent to Wells Cathedral is Vicars’ Close, apparently the oldest residential street in Europe! Right next to the Cathedral is Bishop’s Palace and Gardens which has been home to the Bishops of Bath and Wells for over 800 years.
