Tim Lewis Born in the late 50s a time of the world catching up with itself and looking forward to the future as Harold Macmillan said "you never had it so good" indeed my parents were lucky with me, as they never had it so good!!!! I was brought up in a large family with 4 brothers so it was not uncommon to wear each other’s clothes. My brothers all had Grammar school education, but I went to a technical school to learn the building trades but, I never went into building! as I joined one of the family business at the age of 16 with just a few O levels and a very useful Part 1 City and Guilds in bricklaying. The family had many businesses at that time - Garage, Café, Skip Business and Coaches, which had been established way back in 1919. I eventually got involved in the Coach business in the late 1980s along with Peter, when our father retired and thus we were the 3rd Generation to be involved. Of course, over the years the industry has had its ups and downs but with our depth of knowledge, we always travel along the correct roads to succeed and pursue our aims. I have now taken semi-retirement and handed more control of the business, which is as diverse as ever, to my son James (4th generation), whilst my other son actual does live my school boy dream and runs his very successful electrical company, so my time is now split between work and looking after, with my wife, our three very active young grandsons! We certainly enjoy our lives to the full and hopefully the new exciting venture of Epsom Explore will bring a lot of exciting things to everyone.

Peter Lewis has been in the travel industry for 30 years with the family business Lewis Coaches in Greenwich guiding it to its 100 year anniversary in 2019. In early 2000s we became prominent holiday players achieving 200 holidays and 1000 day trips at the peak and became Eurotunnel’s 2nd largest customer. The recession of 2008 saw a fall in this business and a withdrawal from the market. Now the opportunity has arisen to use these years of experience to work with some great young partners in Ricky and Gareth to promote and expand the Epsom Brand. Gareth started in the industry working at Woottens Luxury Travel, in Chesham - learning the trade from a young age and eventually progressing to being the transport manager and then spending some time working for different arms of the Bowen Travel Group after they purchased the business.

After a break from the industry to study at university, gaining engineering degrees, Gareth spent some time working in the Motorsport industry, before returning and founding Coachpoint in 2016. Coachpoint has grown from a small one vehicle operation to now operating 10 vehicles of varying types, serving many of the same loyal clients we have had the pleasure of working with since the outset.

As well as a belief that it's good to connect directly with customers, Gareth does also enjoy driving more than any other aspect of the job - and as a result he will often be seen out and about on tours and day trips.
