Modern Coach Travel
We visit the pleasant old-fashioned seaside resort of Broadstairs. The annual Dickens Festival turns Kent back into a Victorian destination. Charles Dickens used to holiday in Broadstairs from 1837 to 1859 and Betsey Trotwood in David Copperfield was based on a woman who lived in the cottage that is now the Dickens House Museum.
